Key Account Manager (m/f/d) - Spain

Your profile:

  • You have several years of experience in the field of sales and account managing in the POS/Auto-ID or IT business
  • You demonstrate excellent sales skills and show a proven record of growing business
  • You understand the channel strategy of distribution and know how to work between resellers and integrators, as well as with local supplier contacts
  • You are a native speaker of the local language and fluent in English. Any additional language is valued
  • You are sales driven and eager, you act fast and want to get results
  • You place a strong focus on customers and service, have an independent working attitude
  • You have a basic knowledge of IT and proficiently use of application software (internet, e-mail, office)
  • Your sales approach is self-driven with a results-oriented attitude rather than strictly corporate-structured and can be carried out on the road or from a small or home office

  • Your responsibilities:

  • Finding new market openings, new customers and development of the customer base in your region
  • Initiating strategic business relationships via telephone and customer visits
  • Improving customer care for long-term customer retention
  • Independent handling of customer service issues via phone and mail
