Key Account Manager (m/f/d) - France
Your profile:
You have several years of experience in the field of sales and account managing in the POS/Auto-ID or IT business
You demonstrate excellent sales skills and show a proven record of growing business
You understand the channel strategy of distribution and know how to work between resellers and integrators, as well as with local supplier contacts
You are a native speaker of the local language and fluent in English. Any additional language is valued
You are sales driven and eager, you act fast and want to get results
You place a strong focus on customers and service, have an independent working attitude
You have a basic knowledge of IT and proficiently use of application software (internet, e-mail, office)
Your sales approach is self-driven with a results-oriented attitude rather than strictly corporate-structured and can be carried out on the road or from a small or home office
Your responsibilities:
Finding new market openings, new customers and development of the customer base in your region
Initiating strategic business relationships via telephone and customer visits
Improving customer care for long-term customer retention
Independent handling of customer service issues via phone and mail
