Your profile:

  • You have several years of experience in telesales, preferably in POS/Auto-ID
  • You have extensive knowledge in initiating business relationships
  • You are an English native speaker and live in the UK
  • Your amiable personality and professional demeanour underline your sales abilities
  • We place a strong focus on customers and service, self-dependent working attitude, basic knowledge of IT and proficient use of application software (internet, e-mail, office).


    Your responsibilities:

  • Finding new market openings and customers and development of your own customer base
  • Initiating strategic business relationships via telephone
  • Improving customer care for long-term customer retention
  • Self-dependent handling of customer service issues via phone
