The group currently has more than 420 employees in fourteen countries worldwide, with our headquarters located in Usingen (Rhein-Main, Germany). As a market leader, our portfolio contains all renowned manufacturers, enabling us to set new standards in the European Auto-ID and POS-related wholesale business. Sales Manager Baltics (m/f/d)
Your profile:
You have several years of experience in the field of sales, account managing in the POS/Auto-ID or IT-related business.
You have excellent sales skills and a proven record of growing business.
You understand the channel strategy of distribution.
You are fluent in Swedish and English. Any other Baltics language is valued.
You are sales driven, act fast and want to get results.
Certain knowledge about the products that Jarltech distributes is very welcome but not a must.
We place a strong focus on customers and service, a self-dependent working attitude, basic knowledge of IT and proficient use of application software (internet, e-mail, MS Office).
You have a drivers license and are willing to travel.
Your responsibilities:
Sales Manager for customers primarily in the Baltic region.
You will manage the Baltic markets for Jarltech from the office in Uppsala.
Find new market openings, new customers and develop the customer base in your region.
Manage the local vendor contacts and develop these relations.
Initiate strategic business relationships via telephone, mail and customer visits.
Enhance customer care for long-term customer retention.
Self-dependent handling of customer service issues via phone, mail and customer visits.
