Your responsibilities:

  • Key Account Manager for Italy (north)
  • Finding new market openings, new customers and development of the customer base in your region
  • Initiating strategic business relationships via telephone and customer visits
  • Improving customer care for long-term customer retention
  • Independent handling of customer service issues via phone and mail

  • Distribution of all of Jarltech's hardware products to resellers
  • Communication with clients and local supplier contacts via telephone, e-mail and through visits
  • Consulting customers in the corporate financial, administrative and product technical sense (except for technical support)
  • Negotiating and closing sales contracts
  • Defining, finding and exploiting new business opportunities (accounts and projects)
  • Acquisition of new customers by phone independently, building up own target lists and expanding existing customer contacts
  • Planning and carrying out trips and visits to resellers, suppliers and trade shows
  • Calculation of prices and price negotiations for individual articles, projects and larger quantities
  • Documentation of all relevant data in the CRM system
  • Contribution to a transparent, honest and energetic corporate culture

  • Your profile:

  • You have several years of experience in the field of sales and account managing in the POS/Auto-ID or IT business
  • You demonstrate excellent sales skills and show a proven record of growing business
  • You understand the channel strategy of distribution and know how to work between resellers and integrators, as well as with local supplier contacts
  • You are an Italian native speaker and fluent in English. Any additional language is valued
  • You are sales driven and eager, you act fast and want to get results
  • You place a strong focus on customers and service and you have an independent working attitude
  • You have a basic knowledge of IT and proficiently use application software (internet, e-mail, office)
  • Your sales approach is self-driven with a results-oriented attitude rather than strictly corporate-structured and can be carried out on the road or from a small or home office
